User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activities conducted under your account

Candidates are expected to complete assessments honestly without cheating, impersonation, or unauthorized assistance.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, logos, test materials, and technology remain the property of Capenet Global Limited unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify platform materials without written permission.

Subscription & Payments

Certain services may require paid subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all applicable fees
• Comply with subscription terms and renewal conditions

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Data & Reporting

Assessment reports and analytics are provided for recruitment support purposes only.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate performance.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capenet Global Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities

• Hiring decisions made using platform results

Indemnification
